Planned Giving at St. John’s

A planned gift to St. John’s enables you to make a lasting contribution to the school you love—a significant donation that will have an impact beyond your lifetime. Planned gifts and bequests provide the opportunity to make a difference at St. John’s while first providing for your financial security during your lifetime and for the needs of your family. Other types of planned gifts can provide the donor with lifetime income while also helping them realize meaningful tax savings. We suggest you consult your attorney or financial advisor before making a planned gift of any type.

Become a Member of the De La Salle Legacy Society

Support for St. John’s arrives in many ways, but members of the De La Salle Legacy Society are publicly recognized for having committed to the school through a distinct and significant form of giving.

By including St. John’s in your estate planning, you ensure the school’s future through an ultimate gift. Your gift may be designated for a particular fund, project, or scholarship.

We can only thank you if you tell us of your plans. Once you have included St. John’s in your estate plan, we ask that you complete a member profile so that we can thank you and include you in the De La Salle Legacy Society. We hope your generosity will inspire others.

The Privileges of Membership

Your membership is our way of thanking you for your meaningful contribution to St. John’s through an estate gift.

As a member you will receive the De La Salle Legacy newsletter and invitations to our annual luncheon and other special events. More important, you will receive the satisfaction of making a lasting gift to the school and its future.
